Cotton weaving mill built between 1833 and 1848.
Owners and tenants have included
Binns Brothers.
The 2 six-storey mills and land were subsequently taken over by the
Eaves Self-Help Manufacturers' Society.
The mill stood empty for some time and was put up for auction in 1916
but not sold.
The site was demolished soon after 1919 for the construction
of Eaves Housing Estate
