Preston – living on tripe, eggs, milk and Horlicks.
 
On 29th July 1933, he set another world endurance skating record by
skating continuously for 177 hours 13 minutes.
 
He later broke this record by 2 hours in a session at Batley.

imprisoned following an attack on the House of Commons in March 1907.
