lived at the house of Ainley Whiteley.
The case broke down, and Whiteley began to

In 1884, Whiteley was charged with assaulting Robinson
who was looking in a shop window in Brighouse on 12th January 1884.
Robinson was seized and dragged for 20 yards down the street
