Sale by Auction of
- Siddal Hall Estate otherwise Far Siddal Hall now in the occupation of Joseph Kitson.
Closes or Incloses of arable land known by the names of The Tenter Field, The Back of Dryhouse Field, The Little Field, The Five Days Work Field, The First Field, The Brow, and the Two Little Fields with the thriving plantation and nurseries therein.
- Also eight cottages in the occupation of Adam Mitchell, James Mitchell, Jonathan Baxendale, Joseph Brear, John Greenwood, Thomas Mitchell, Abe Mitchell and George Jennings on the east side of Cinderhills Lane, Siddal
- Also Freehold Estate called Siddal Hall otherwise Near Siddal Hall now in the occupation of Joseph Holt.
The purchasers will have the enjoyment of the Private Road called Siddal Terrace without paying for same
To be sold by Auction on Wednesday 12th August 1840 at the Old Cock, Halifax.
