To The Memory of the Family of Tillotsons of Sowerby Particularly of the most reverend Doctor John Tillotson Lord Archbishop of Canterbury in the Reign of William & Mary a Prelate of distinguished Learning. Piety. Moderation. and Humanity. who was born at Haughend in this Township 1630 died November 22nd 1694 in the 65th year of his Age     Also of his Nephew Mr Joshua Tillotson of Breck and of Martha his Wife Daughter of Mr James Stansfield of Bowood and their issue John. Joshua. Mary. Elizabeth. Hannah & Martha     Martha alone surviving erected this Tomb in the beginning of the Year 1789 died the 26th, was here entombed the 30th July of the same year
