Monday, 24th June 1895: Betty Aspinall [1822-1895] (widow) of Lower Edge, Rastrick died 24th June 1895 (aged 73). Probate records show that she left effects valued at £402 17/11d. Probate was granted to Joseph Brook, (tailor)

Monday, 25th November 1895: Thomas Sutcliffe (mechanic) of Winter Neb, Luddendenfoot. Probate records show that he left effects valued at £244 15/-. Probate was granted to Fred Sutcliffe (iron moulder), John Arthur Sutcliffe (chemist), and Joseph Sutcliffe (mechanic)
Thursday, 9th January 1896: James Sutcliffe (joiner & cabinet maker) of 43 Stannary Street, Halifax. Probate records show that he left effects valued at £1,309 2/8d. Probate was granted to George Buckley Jnr (architect), Arthur Sutcliffe (cabinet maker), and William Sutcliffe (cabinet maker)
Friday, 10th January 1896: Sarah Sutcliffe (spinster) of Lower Laith, Todmorden. Probate records show that she left effects valued at £3,417 1/9d. Probate was granted to William Sutcliffe Esq and Anna Eliza Sutcliffe (spinster)
Saturday, 18th April 1896: Joseph Sutcliffe (compositor) of 9 Union Street, Halifax. Probate records show that he left effects valued at £1,143. Probate was granted to David Sutcliffe (butcher)
Thursday, 13th August 1896: Henry Sutcliffe (labourer) of Upper Wat Ing, Norland. Probate records show that he left effects valued at £425. Probate was granted to his widow Harriet
Tuesday, 1st September 1896: Mary Ann Sutcliffe (widow) of Albion House, Luddendenfoot. Probate records show that she left effects valued at £109 14/-. Probate was granted to John Sutcliffe (cashier)
Wednesday, 2nd September 1896: Mary Ann Sutcliffe of Stubb, Near Mytholmroyd. Probate records show that she left effects valued at £167 2/1d. Probate was granted to her husband William Sutcliffe (retired farmer)
Saturday, 5th September 1896: Henry Sutcliffe (weaver) of Midgley. Probate records show that he left effects valued at £39. Probate was granted to Thomas Sutcliffe (weaver)
Thursday, 1st October 1896: Marianne Sutcliffe of Sandal House, Heptonstall who died at Blackpool. Probate records show that she left effects valued at £4,566 7/6d. Probate was granted to William Sutcliffe (gentleman)
Wednesday, 18th December 1901: Mary Ellen Dugdale of Ingwood Terrace, West Vale (spinster). Probate records show that she left effects valued at £314 1/11d to Sarah Ann Dugdale (spinster)
Sunday, 8th May 1904: Ann Aspinall (widow) of Elland died 8th May 1904. Probate records show that she left effects valued at £459 17/11d. Probate was granted to Wright Aspinall (brick maker), Nancy Jane Hanson (wife of Fred Hanson), and Samuel Wilkinson, (brick manufacturer)

July 1905: Naomi Barraclough of Wade House Lane, Shelf, widow. Probate £1,348 19/3d
Tuesday, 6th July 1909: Edward Eastwood of 29 Cromwell Terrace, Halifax. Probate records show that he left effects valued at £3,219 9/3d. Probate was granted to Henry Eastwood (woolcomber's manager) and Jonathan Farrar (foreman)

Friday, 20th December 1918: John William Wood of 2 Harley Street, Rastrick. Probate records show that he left effects valued at £736. Probate was granted to his widow Annie, Harry Wood (patent glazier), and Ethel Bray (wife of Elijah Bray)
