are proper persons for Overseers of the Poor

John Shackleton be continued Assistant Overseer

Robert Greenwood (of Watty Place),
John Greenwood (of Shade),
and
Charles Chambers (of Todmorden),
are proper persons for Constables for the hamlet of Todmorden

John Fielden (of Henshaw),
John Lord (of Knowlwood),
and
Abel Marland (of Strines Mill),
are proper persons for Constables for the hamlet of Walsden

John Lord (of Saunderclough),
be appointed Surveyor of the Highways for the Hall side of the hamlet
of Todmorden
