On Sunday week, at Halifax, aged 75, Mr Joshua Patchett, gentleman, Daisyhill, Manningham and the last surviving brother of the late Mr William Patchett of Bramley
 

The Bradford Observer [Thursday 30th June 1864]


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that all persons having any legal claims or demands against or upon the Estate of Joshua Patchett, formerly of Halifax, in the county of York, afterwards of Bradford, in the same county, but late of Halifax aforesaid, Gentleman, deceased (who died on the thirteenth day of March last)  and whose will and codicil were respectively proved in the District Registry of Wakefield, of her Majesty's Court of Probate, on the twentieth day of May last, by Robinson Kitching Patchett, of Halifax aforesaid, Cabinet Maker, and George Brown Patchett, of Bramley, in the said county, Grocer, the executors therein named), are required to send the particulars of such CLAIMS or DEMANDS on or before the first day of September next to me, the undersigned, George Humble, of Post Office Yard, in Bradford aforesaid, Solicitor to the said Robinson Kitching Patchett and George Brown Patchett.

And NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN, that after the said first day of September next, the said Robinson Kitching Patchett and George Brown Patchett will proceed to distribute Assets of the said Joshua Patchett, deceased, amongst the persons who shall be then known to be entitled thereto.

Dated the twenty-fifth day of June, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-four.
